Here is the first of our appliance questions.
My refrigarator is the Samsung Model SRS536NP. The freezer is working, but after a few weeks or so, the freezer sides back panel becomes frozen and jam packed with ice. On the other hand, the refridgerator side becomes warm, and the food becomes damaged. I have already changed the sensor from both sides; freezer/refridgerator and yet it still doesn't improve. Could you please give me advice in fixing my refridgerator? Thank you!!
The defrost cycle switch is not working. Call for service.
The coils in the freezer are filling with ice blocking the air flow to the refrigerator. Typically the drain is clogged and the condensate can not drain into the water pan under the refrigerator for evaporation. There is only 1 compressor.
