Are you to ready to paint, but feel overwhelmed by all the paint options on the market? We have so many choices for everything we buy these days. There are times I wish there were less. I just do not have time to fiddle with paint samples!

I know when I wanted to find a perfect neutral color for the interior walls of our home, I went through what seemed like hundreds of color samples. One sample would be too dark. One sample was too light. The shade would not be exactly what I wanted.

One time, I painted our whole hall before I realized I did not like the color. The color I chose looked terrible! So, I had no choice but to repaint the entire thing. It was so frustrating! I’m sure you have been through the same thing at one time or another.

Well, I have finally found something that makes this process easier. It really simplifies it. It is Paint Color Cheat Sheets. It was put together by Yelena Kubitski. Ms. Kubitski is also the co-owner of AK Painting and Powerwashing, LLC, a New Jersey house painting company.

What I like best is she takes into consideration not only color, but lighting as well. She also tells you in which room each color works best, what colors to use as accents and a description of each color. Let’s say you need pink for your bedroom. The sheet tells you what that pink looks like on the wall such as a “delicate pink” or “fresh and flowery, yet reserved pink”. And if “too much light washes it out” or if it “works great in all lighting conditions.” These Cheat Sheets do take all the guest work out of choosing color for your walls.

Ms. Kubitski has proven, tried and tested the interior paint colors in these sheets. She has compiled them over the years and has been referring to them again and again. These sheets offer creative painting ideas and provides instructions for DIY house painting projects. Her system takes the guesswork out of choosing the right color for your walls.
