	Strawberry Pie Fantastic Strawberry Pie 4 cups fresh strawberries 2 tbsp. corn starch 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup water 1 baked pastry shell Crush 1 cup of the strawberries and add water. Bring to boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Strain and add enough water to make 1 cup. Add sugar and cornstarch. Boil until clear. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Put the other strawberries in a baked pastry shell. Pour thickened mixture over top. Serve with whipped cream. Quick and Easy Glazed Straw(berry) Pie Crust: 1 cup flour 1 stick margarine 2 tbsp. powdered sugar Mix ingredients together and pat into pie pan. Bake until brown. Filling: 1 package Junket Danish Dessert - Strawberry 1 quart fresh strawberries Clean and slice strawberries. Cook Junket Danish Dessert and mix with strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell. Let set for awhile. Top with whipped cream or cool whip. Straw(berry) Pie Clean and slice 3 cups of strawberries. Put into a baked pie shell. Cook together: 1 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp. cornstarch 3/4 cup sugar Cook until clear and thick. Add 1 3-oz. package strawberry jello. Stir until dissolved and pour over the berries.
