Where Is the Tile and Wall

Well, my hushand's bathroom is in the worst shape you can think of. The tile all around the tub had started breaking and falling off. There is a small hole in the ceiling. The floor around the commode needs to be fixed. My Hushand has started in taking down more tile and the window seal cause it is all rotted out but he has not done any more. Now he does know how to tear up, but the sad thing is he cannot fix it up. So that bathroom is crying Help Me Help Me!
